James is inspired by people power and the vision of a genuinely participatory democracy. Decisions that impact our climate impact our lives. He co-founded the Change Agency and has trained and strategised with climate action groups throughout Australia, Asia and the Pacific region. James lives on the land of the Awabakal people in Muloobinba (Newcastle).
