    • We strongly encourage you to take a RAT test before travelling to the conference. If you have cold and flu-like symptoms we ask that you do not attend the conference.

    • To mitigate the risk of spreading COVID19 and other infectious diseases CANA will be taking the following precautions during the conference:

    • We ask all conference participants to wear a mask when inside the building and ask that you only remove them when presenting, eating or drinking, or when you are outside. We encourage you to bring your own mask but they will also be available at the venue.

    • Mask wearing for CANA Staff and Volunteers is mandated.

    • Hand sanitising stations will be available at each level of the building, in high traffic areas such as registration desks, catering tables and the creche.

    • Hand held mics and communal laptops will be sanitised between sessions.

    • RAT tests will be available on site for those who develop symptoms during the conference. If you start developing cold and flu-like symptoms during the conference we ask that you take a RAT test and return to your accommodation to await results. If symptoms persist despite testing negative we would encourage attendees to remain at their accommodation until they no longer have symptoms to reduce the risk of spreading any illness.

    • We will be monitoring and enforcing room capacity limits.

You can view our full COVID Safety Plan here.
