About Membership

CANA Members Conference 2022

As a central part of the Australian climate movement, CANA provides the coordination for members to build relationships, collaborate on strategy and campaigns, and develop and share resources and capacity to build a stronger, more effective social movement advocating for action on climate change.

By joining CANA you’ll have access to online platforms, regular working groups, conferences and more.

Membership is open to any non-for-profit organisation or educational institution of any size and legal form, situated in Australia. Find out more below.

Membership Types

There are two different membership types and inclusions available as listed. You can find more information about fees for each type of membership below.

Note: if your organisation is unincorporated you will be an affiliate member. Affiliate members maintain the same membership access but not have voting rights at CANA’s AGM.

  • This is the highest level of membership available to organisations. It entitles you to all the membership benefits and, in addition, entitles your organisation to lead in developing the strategic direction and operations of the CANA.
